This production line comprises seven key working sections: EPS expanding, storage and weighing system; raw materials batching system; mixing system; electronic control system; filling system; transporting and curing system; and demolding and stacking system. Equipped with vertical casting mold cars, the production line can accommodate between 5 to 30 mold cars depending on capacity requirements, achieving an impressive annual output that ranges from 100,000 to over 600,000 square meters.
