The Cookie Capping Machine, part of YINRICH’s JXJ series, is an advanced biscuit filling machine designed for high-efficiency production in the baking industry. This machine seamlessly connects to the outlet conveyor of a biscuit plant, enabling automatic alignment, deposition, and capping of up to 300 cookies per minute (equivalent to 150 rows of sandwiches). It is capable of processing various types of soft and hard biscuits and cakes with precision.
Products are automatically transferred from the existing conveyor or through a biscuit magazine feeder and indexing system to the machine’s in-feed. The machine aligns, accumulates, and synchronizes the biscuits, accurately deposits the filling, and caps them with the top biscuit. Finished sandwiches are then efficiently transported to wrapping or enrobing machines for further processing.
The machine comprises several key components: a biscuit magazine feeder, biscuit indexing/position device, detecting device, depositing head (with options for plain, center-filling, and side-by-side), a top biscuit placing device, and a PLC controller.
