In the soybean oil extraction workshop, pretreated soybeans are processed in an extractor where they are exposed to organic solvents, notably n-hexane. This method effectively extracts and dissolves the oil from the soybean seeds. Following extraction, the solvent is removed through heating and stripping, resulting in the production of crude soybean oil.
