HYDRAULIC ALTERNATING PUSHER
Inquire NowDescription
The SPQ Hydraulic Alternating Pusher is an innovative tool designed for interactive climbing, significantly enhancing drilling efficiency. By effectively reducing friction and increasing speed, this hydraulic device facilitates the transfer of Weight on Bit (WOB) in both directional and horizontal wells. With its unique capability to push the Bottom Hole Assembly (BHA) and pull the upper drill strings alternately at a frequency of 6 to 10 Hz, it ensures continuous forward movement of the drill strings while preventing pressure loss.
One of the key advantages of the hydraulic pusher is its ability to concentrate all pressure on the reciprocating movement of the drill strings, minimizing hydro-power loss. It generates a moderate push force to the BHA while seamlessly pulling the upper drilling strings, ensuring no interference with Measurement While Drilling (MWD) operations. This tool effectively reduces friction and resistance, thereby increasing horizontal displacement in both horizontal and multilateral wells. Additionally, the axial vibration produced alters static friction to dynamic friction, which contributes to reduced torque fluctuations. Designed for reliability, the SPQ Hydraulic Alternating Pusher boasts a service life exceeding 200 hours in single downhole conditions.
