The AS170 Series Water Pump VFD is an advanced, motor-driven integrated machine designed for efficient water management. Developed with a high protection grade, this water pump inverter features a unique appearance and installation methods that enhance both local and remote control. Ideal for various applications, including pump houses, intelligent buildings, residential water supply, fire water supply, and HVAC water supply, this compact and intelligent device offers high efficiency, silent operation, and reliability.
With its advanced vector VF control model, the AS170 significantly improves motor control accuracy while reducing power consumption, thus achieving superior energy savings. The dedicated function allows full frequency conversion for constant pressure water supply without the need for a PLC or control cabinet. Additional features include periodic break control to balance working hours and prevent corrosion, a flexible power on/off mode to minimize system pressure fluctuations, and a warning function for over/under voltage to prevent idle operation or pipeline leaks. In case of failure, it automatically exits the system and compensates for pressure drops efficiently.
This series is also designed for harsh environments, boasting an IP55 protection grade and a 2G shock protection grade. The automatic voltage regulation function ensures that output voltage remains consistent, safeguarding the water pump’s performance against grid fluctuations.
