Metal coil slitting line is mainly combined with Decoiler, Looping pit, Side guide, Slitting main machine, Scraps baler, Tension device, Recoiler, etc. Speed up to 230m/min, coil width 850~2000mm, thickness 0.2~6mm.

(1) Hydraulic Decoiler: Coil inside diameter 480~520 mm and more.Hydraulic expansion with adjustable tension to unwind the steel coils. (2) Pinch and pre-shear: Automatic feeding, 5-roller leveler and with hydraulic shearer. (3) Loop pit: Automatic metal strip loop control. (4) Paper or plastic film laminating: From top or from bottom side of strip for plate protection. (5) Slitting shear: High axial cutting accuracy. Can equip one more interchangable slitters on line. (6) Scraps rewinder: Automatic wind the scraps coils on two sides, max load 1ton. (7) Tension unit: Generate tenstion on slit strips for recoiling tightly. (8) Hydraulic Recoiler: Adjustable recoiler tension. Max O.D coil diameter：2000mm, Max recoiler tension: 2500kgf.
