Heavy duty cut to length line is mainly combined with Decoiler, Levler and hydraulic shearer, stacker, etc. Steel strip thickness up to 25mm, strip width up to 2500mm. Leveler machine frame is in high rigidity and stability to offer long-life service.

(1) Hydraulic Double-head Decoiler: Coil inside diameter 508~760 mm. Automatic coil in-line centering. Automatic srip parameter detection. (2) 4-Hi Leveller: 11-13 levelling rolls in “four” highs design. Pre-leveling by a 5-roller lever. Side edge trimming by slitting machine. (3) Paper or plastic film laminating: From top or from bottom side of strip for plate protection. (4) Cut-to-length shear: Stop to cut type: down blade cutting, adopt four lines blades.Cutting is powered by series oil cylinder, so the shear plane angle will not change. (5) Stacker: Bomb – Door type. With air blower and baffle to neaten metal plates. Max load 10-20 tons. Auto exit out of stacker by rollers.
