Description
The Threading Machine is a highly efficient tool designed for threading various pipe sizes ranging from 1/2” to 4”. It supports both BSPT and NPT threading requirements, making it versatile for different applications. Powered by a robust 1100W induction motor, this machine operates at 110V/220V with a frequency of 50/60 Hz. The threading speed varies from 25 rpm for smaller pipes (1/2”-2”) to 10 rpm for larger pipes (2.1/2”-4”).
Featuring a self-centering, full-floating cutter and reamer, this machine ensures precision and ease of use. The efficient 2-speed transmission enhances productivity, while the adjustable oil flow through the head allows for optimal lubrication directly on the dies. The oil pump is equipped with a flow rate selector to accommodate different pipe sizes, ensuring consistent performance.
