With over 20 years of expertise in pump design, this pump boasts a construction of flame-retardant, high-temperature resistant, and corrosion-resistant engineering plastics, enhancing its durability and environmental adaptability. It operates effectively in extreme conditions, with a working temperature range of -40℃ to 120℃ and coolant temperatures up to 100℃.

Equipped with high-performance rare-earth magnetic steel, the pump exhibits superior demagnetization resistance. Its low iron loss silicon steel sheet contributes to higher motor efficiency, while the totally enclosed centrifugal impeller design maximizes water pump efficiency. The pump’s IP67 protection level ensures reliability in various conditions.

This brush-free DC pump features integral injection molding and ultrasonic welding for its rotating components, resulting in a quieter operation and an extended service life compared to traditional brush pumps. The self-produced main control board, complemented by a sine wave control algorithm, allows for rapid response, improved efficiency, and integrated functions for fault detection, feedback, speed regulation, and self-protection. Additionally, the PCB cooling system maintains a consistent working temperature, further prolonging the pump’s lifespan. Water and electricity separation enhances safety and reliability.
