The Preset Flow Meter is a highly efficient positive displacement meter designed specifically for liquid measurement in both transfer and process control applications. Engineered for versatility, the M series meters facilitate easy maintenance and are suitable for a broad range of applications.

At the core of the meter’s operation is a sophisticated assembly that features two bladed displacement rotors alongside a central blocking rotor. These components work in perfect synchronization within three cylindrical bores, ensuring there is no metal-to-metal contact, thus enhancing durability and accuracy. The unique design allows the bladed displacement rotors to alternate movement through the meter’s half-cylinder bores, while the blocking rotor creates a continuous capillary seal between the upstream and downstream liquids, ensuring precise measurement.

Each rotor shaft is equipped with timing gears, with the blocking rotor’s gears featuring twice the number of teeth compared to the displacement rotors, resulting in a lower RPM for the blocking rotor, which contributes to the meter’s efficiency.
