The Carrier Tape Machine, also known as the Embossed Carrier Tape Machine, is a high-speed particle forming device that has been at the forefront of technology since its successful development in 2005. Utilizing advanced production technology, this machine allows for a fully automated process where plastic raw materials are directly fed into the machine for extrusion, molding, punching, slitting, and final winding. This innovative approach, which shapes all three layers simultaneously, significantly enhances production efficiency and reduces material costs compared to traditional two-time forming technologies.
