Description

The Close Looped CNC Fine Hole Drill EDM is an advanced drilling machine designed for precision applications in various manufacturing processes. This machine excels in creating wire holes for WEDM, spurting silk holes, as well as holes in filter plates, sieve plates, and dissipate heat holes in motor blades and crocks. Additionally, it is capable of eroding broken drilling heads or awls within workpieces, ensuring a loss-free whorl for each hole.

Equipped with a dual CPU control system, this machine supports automatic positioning in the X, Y, and Z axes (available in DK series only). The use of X and Y ball screws guarantees both accuracy and rigidity, while the linear scale provides a closed-loop system for enhanced precision. With the ability to preset and automatically drill more than eight hundred holes (DK series only), operators can also set loss ratios to control drill depth, delivering smooth internal surfaces with adapted control.
