Descriptions:
- l This production line use for making recyclable pulp molding Industrial delivery protection package items.
- l Could be automatic line, forming process to drying process linked automatic by dryer conveyor belt.
- l Could be semi auto line, in forming machine, the wet tray will move out and drop on the collection table automatically, worker take and put the wet tray to dryer machine/ sun drying.
- l This forming machine has two working stations; it can produce two different types products at the same time. By changing mould to produce other design.
- l The pulp tank is made from SUS304 stainless steel, which is corrosion resistance.
- l PLC and touch screen controlled.
- l Forming Machine Driving: bottom mould reciprocated drive by pneumatic, up mould forward-backward drive by pneumatic.
- l The main Pneumatic parts brand: SMC/ARK. The main electronic parts brand: Siemens.
