Description

The Needle Valve is expertly crafted from 1.316 cold-work stainless steel, offering exceptional corrosion resistance and high tensile strength. This versatile valve is available in three body types: straight, angle, and three-way. Designed to prevent galling, it features a no-rotation stem, ensuring reliability and efficiency. The packing blow stem threads provide dependable sealing, while integral through-holes allow for easy bracket mounting, with panel mounting options available as well.

This needle valve is equipped with a Vee or regulating stem that facilitates precise flow control and shut-off capabilities. For ease of maintenance, replaceable seat valves can be quickly repaired without the need to remove them from the system, reducing downtime and maintenance costs. It supports four pressure levels, catering to various applications: 15,000 psig (low pressure), 20,000 psig (medium pressure), 30,000 psig (high pressure), and 60,000 psig (high pressure).

With a working temperature range from -100°F to 450°F (-73℃ to 232℃) for standard valves featuring glass-filled PTFE packing, other packing materials, such as grafoil, are also available. Additionally, a gland locking device is included to prevent loosening of the packing gland, ensuring long-lasting performance.
