CHECK VALVE
Inquire NowDescription
The Check Valve is engineered for superior performance and reliability, constructed with a robust 316 cold-work stainless steel body that ensures excellent corrosion resistance and high tensile strength. This valve is designed to provide reliable sealing that guarantees zero leakage, making it an essential component in various applications. The valve automatically closes when the differential pressure drops below the designated cracking pressure, ensuring optimal functionality. With low pressure drops and easy repair capabilities, maintenance costs are minimized. This versatile valve is available in three pressure levels: 15000 psig (low pressure), 20000 psig (medium pressure), and 60000 psig (high pressure). Both soft sealing and ball sealing valve options are offered. The working temperature ranges are expansive, accommodating standard soft sealing valves with Buna N seals from -40°F to 250°F (-40°C to 120°C), while standard ball sealing valves can operate between -100°F to 450°F (-73°C to 232°C). For specialized applications, temperatures as low as -420°F (-250℃) and as high as 1200°F (638℃) can also be managed. The nominal cracking pressure is set at 15 psi, with other options available to suit specific requirements.
