The PVC Wide Plate Extrusion Line is engineered for efficiency and precision in the production of wide PVC plates. This advanced extrusion line features a compact structure and superior plastification capabilities, ensuring high output and extended operational life. It utilizes either a SJZ80 conical twin screw extruder or an SJP90 parallel twin screw extruder, both equipped with an alternating-current inverter and imported electronic components, including PT 100 platinum resistance for precise temperature control. The downstream equipment is designed for optimal performance, integrating a vacuum calibration and cooling unit, a robust haul-off unit, an advanced cutting machine, and a reliable stacker. The calibration unit is enhanced with a large forced cooling system, guaranteeing excellent calibration results. The haul-off unit is equipped with a dual-line caterpillar system, allowing for adjustable upper lines based on plate size, while the cutting machine features a PLC control system for accurate length settings and automatic cutting. The stacker is designed with rubber grip blocks to ensure that finished products are handled safely and without damage.
