The AAC Panel Welding Production Line is a state-of-the-art solution designed for the efficient production of aerated concrete panels. Established in 1998 in the China Wiremesh Industrial Park, our company specializes in wire mesh technology and steel electric soldering equipment. Our factory spans 120,000 square meters and is staffed by over 270 employees, including more than 40 skilled technicians and engineers, ensuring advanced production capabilities and robust research and development.
This production line features two coiled wire feeding lines for the line wire and a throwing wire feeding line for the cross wire. Its innovative design allows for double pieces to be welded simultaneously, effectively doubling production efficiency compared to conventional equipment. The independent integrated welding electrode module enables quick and convenient adjustments to the welding spot, enhancing operational flexibility. This system is ideal for various applications, including industrial and civil building beams, columns, floor slabs, sidewalks, and more.
