Tinaco Anaco Railway of Venezuela

The contract price of this project is 7.5 billion US dollar and is a project under the “Framework agreement on Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela undertaking railway technical and investment cooperation”.The total length of this project is 462.3km. China Railway Venezuela Branch is responsible for the construction part and China Railway Eryuan Engineering Group undertake survey and design work. The railway is a passenger cargo collinear with a projected speed of 220 kilometer per hour.This railway is the first high speed railway in south America and brings convenient, cheap, and fast transportation service for local people and local agricultural and industrial resources
