Description

The Mechanical Rig Series is a robust and efficient drilling solution powered by a state-of-the-art diesel engine. The innovative design transmits engine power to the drawworks, rotary table, and mud pump through a compound gearbox. This transmission system incorporates either a diesel engine with a hydraulic converter and a compound chain box or a V-belt compound box, connected by universal shafts for enhanced reliability.

Featuring a low-installed diesel engine and transmission system, this rig ensures optimal power delivery to the rotary table. The drawworks showcases advanced functionality, with four forward and two reverse shifts, equipped with a hydraulic disc brake as the primary braking system and an auxiliary eddy-current brake. An AC motor auxiliary drive system facilitates efficient mast rig-up and emergency operations while offering future upgrade compatibility.

Designed for comfort and functionality, the rig includes a driller’s cabin equipped with essential instrumentation, allowing for partial hydraulic and pneumatic operations. This design enhances the working environment for drillers, effectively reducing labor intensity and improving overall operational efficiency.
