DESERT FAST MOVING RIG

HH desert fast moving rig is trailer mounted, all the main rig module are installed on trailer to achieve fast rig move and shorten the installation time and reduce workload. The mast and substructure can be trailered at the same time in rig up status without disassembly or the mast can be trailered away with top drive system installed without disassembly. The mast can be specially designed to be foldable, allowing to pass the oilfield overhead power grid while the mast and substructure both in vertical status without disassembly. The power module , mud pump unit, mud tank system and associated auxiliary system can also be installed on trailer to satisfy fast moving. The rig power cables and piping are designed for quick plug-on-and off. Equipped with portable hydraulic power unit (HPU) to provide the hydraulic power source during rig move. The HH desert fast moving rig is typically AC VFD driven. HH desert fast moving rig has fully considered sandy-while- windy and hi-temperature working environment.
