BUCKET ELEVATOR
Inquire NowDescription
The Bucket Elevator is designed for the efficient and safe upward transport of grain, ensuring that materials remain undamaged during transit. Constructed from durable materials such as galvanized steel, painted carbon steel, or stainless steel, it meets specific production requirements. The TDTG series is ideal for various applications in grain processing, feed production, and oil processing industries.
Featuring a rubber-covered pulley, this elevator eliminates the risk of belt slippage and skidding, guaranteeing full-capacity operation. Additionally, it offers the option of high-strength plastic bucket materials, including high-density PE, Nylon, and Polyurethane, tailored to the specific handling requirements of the material.
The enhanced elevator belt is made from chain polyester and weft polyamide, capable of withstanding temperatures from -20℃ to +80℃. The drive unit, located in the head section, includes an electric motor, a shaft-type reducer, and a drum, designed for easy installation and maintenance. Customers can choose between well-known brands for the drive motor and reducer, including both Chinese and international options such as SEW and CEAR.
Safety is prioritized with features like explosion-proof panels, an observation window, and optional sensors for speed loss, belt alignment, and material level monitoring.
