The CR19000 cluster router series represents the pinnacle of core router technology, specifically engineered for service provider-level applications. This versatile series can be seamlessly deployed as backbone nodes for service providers, MAN core nodes, or as interconnection nodes within data centers. Leveraging a CLOS architecture, cutting-edge optical connection technology, and the robust Comware V7 operating system, the CR19000 ensures exceptional availability and compatibility, making it the perfect choice for demanding service providers.
The series includes four models: the CR19000-8, CR19000-16, CR19000-20, and CR19000-MC. The CR19000-8, CR19000-16, and CR19000-20 models provide 8, 16, and 20 service line-card slots, respectively. Meanwhile, the CR19000-MC serves as a fabric card chassis (FCC), facilitating interconnection and unified control of multiple CR19000-20 routers. The flexibility of the CR19000 series allows the CR19000-8 to operate in both single-chassis mode and back-to-back cluster mode, while the CR19000-16 is designed for single-chassis operation. The CR19000-20 offers even greater versatility, supporting single-chassis, back-to-back cluster, and multi-chassis cluster modes.
