Building on the foundation of the QUY55 model, the XGC55 enhances performance and operational efficiency while prioritizing ease of disassembly and transport, as well as operator comfort. This new generation crane not only inherits the strengths of its predecessor but also introduces a comprehensive set of features that ensure reliability and safety.
Equipped with a self-erecting function, main winch quick-release mechanism, and an innovative one-key switch, the XGC55 is a testament to modern engineering. Additional features include an engine cold start device, winch monitoring system, hydraulic high-pressure bypass filter, electronic level gauge, anti-lightning system, and travel commutation function. The crane is further enhanced by a main boom catwalk, elevating its usability in various operational settings.
This is the first domestic crawler crane to incorporate pilot proportional control technology, setting a benchmark for lifting performance within the industry. The patented logic integrated control valve ensures precise brake operation and control pressure, enhancing work safety and reliability. Thanks to its overall power variable pump control system, both the main and auxiliary winches can operate efficiently using a double-pump coflow mode, significantly improving operational productivity.
The advanced hydraulic proportional control technology allows operators to finely adjust the speed and direction of each mechanism, facilitating smooth and precise movements.
