Slurry Pump is a high-efficiency, wear-resisting slag slurry pump designed for versatile applications in various industries. This single-stage, single-suction, axial suction cantilever horizontal centrifugal pump is ideal for transporting large quantities of abrasive or corrosive slurry. It’s particularly effective for conveying power plant ash and can be utilized in metallurgy, mining, electricity, coal, water conservancy, chemical, light industry, and petroleum sectors.
The ZGB series pump features a robust double pump shell structure comprising a front and rear pump shell, both made from gray cast iron or nodular cast iron based on working pressure. The design allows for easy maintenance with replaceable overcurrent parts, including the impeller, volute, front guard plate, and rear guard plate. The pump’s inlet is horizontally positioned, facilitating efficient operation.
For shaft sealing, the pump offers three options: an auxiliary blade wheel shaft seal, packing shaft seal, and mechanical seal, catering to various operational conditions. The auxiliary blade wheel seal provides excellent sealing without dilution, while the packing seal is straightforward and easy to maintain. The mechanical seal is ideal when the other two options are unsuitable, minimizing maintenance needs.
The transmission part of the pump is engineered for durability, featuring a large pump shaft diameter and sturdy construction to withstand harsh conditions. It utilizes a combination of single-row tapered roller and deep groove ball bearings, ensuring it can handle maximum axial and radial loads. With thin oil lubrication and sealed end covers, the bearings are protected from dirt and can operate at high temperatures, guaranteeing long-lasting performance.
