Table air conditioning performance testing equipment

The test equipment is applicable to the performance test requirements of chilled water machine room air conditioning, air-cooled machine room air conditioning, water-cooled machine room air conditioning, train room air conditioning, wet film fresh air fan and commercial air source heat pump. The production line test system is used to test the performance of 4 sets of units at the same time.

The water for test is cooled by water-cooled unit. The water is supplied by water tank in a centralized way. Each station is equipped with a separate water pump and controlled by an independent frequency converter. The maximum water flow of each station is 54m3 / h (i.e. 0.015m3 / s), and the water pressure is ≥ 0.4MPa.

The power supply and water circuit control of the tested unit, the test temperature, pressure and other parameters are completed by the computer, and the test results are displayed and stored in the computer.
