The Solar Pumping Control Boxes are designed to enhance the efficiency and reliability of solar-powered pumping systems. Each box features a combiner function with multiple connection ports for photovoltaic (PV) arrays, ensuring a seamless integration of solar energy. The advanced design incorporates reverse-connection protection and thunder protection, providing a robust solution for outdoor and indoor installations alike.
This control box is equipped with fuses specifically engineered for solar applications, capable of withstanding DC voltages up to 1kV, significantly enhancing system reliability. The inclusion of a solar DC breaker further improves the DC withstanding voltage, ensuring safe operation under various conditions. With an IP54 protection grade, these boxes are well-suited for diverse environmental conditions.
For extended electricity transmission distances of 200 meters or more, an optional reactor can be integrated. Additionally, the system features a switch that allows users to alternate between power sources — grid or diesel — in situations where solar irradiation is insufficient.
