The JBZ25A material mixing station is a highly efficient solution designed for various industrial mixing applications. Featuring a robust JS500 type stirring mechanism powered by an 18.5KW motor, this station ensures optimal performance and consistency in material blending. It comes equipped with three measuring hoppers and a storage hopper, facilitating accurate measurement and storage of materials.
Additionally, the station includes three LSY200 screw conveyors, each measuring 9 meters in length and driven by powerful 3 x 11 KW motors. For material transportation, it features a 15-meter electric drum belt conveyor equipped with a durable rubber belt, powered by 2 x 5.5KW motors. The JBZ25A is further enhanced with an intelligent measuring system and an integrated control system, allowing for streamlined operation and monitoring.
