The 105Q Non-rising Stem Groove Joint Ends Resilient Wedge Gate Valves are expertly designed for efficient and reliable valve control in various applications. Featuring a bolted bonnet and resilient wedge, these valves ensure a secure seal and exceptional performance. With flanged connections and groove designs, they are versatile for different piping configurations. Engineered to handle a non-shock cold working pressure of 250 PSI to 300 PSI (17.2 Bar), they conform to AWWA C509 standards, making them ideal for use in water distribution and other fluid systems. The valves are coated with electrostatically applied fusion-bonded epoxy, providing effective protection both inside and outside the valve, with a thickness of 0.2-0.5mm. Designed for maximum operating temperatures of up to 160℉ (71℃), these valves also include a freezing weather precaution; after testing a piping system, it’s recommended to keep the valves in an open position to allow for complete drainage.
