Description

The Submersible Centrifugal Pump is engineered primarily for mechanical oil production, featuring a robust construction that includes a multistage centrifugal impeller, guide shell, pump shaft, and both upper and lower joints. This versatile pump is designed to meet various lifting requirements through a series of interconnected sections via flanges and spline sleeves.

This pump is available in multiple series to cater to different well casing sizes and operational demands:

• 86 Series: Suitable for 4.5″ well casing, with a displacement range of 24m³/d to 350m³/d at 50Hz and a maximum lift of 3000m, or 181BPD to 2642BPD at 60Hz, achieving lifts up to 9840ft.
• 101 Series (Series 98): Designed for 5.5″ well casing, it offers a displacement range of 30m³/d to 700m³/d at 50Hz and a head of 3000m, or 226BPD to 5283BPD at 60Hz, with lifts up to 9840ft.
• 130 Series: Fits 7″ casing wells, with a displacement range of 145m³/d to 1715m³/d at 50Hz and a lift of 3000m, or 1094BPD to 12900BPD at 60Hz, achieving lifts up to 9840ft.
• 172 Series: Compatible with 8.5″ well casing, designed for heavy oil extraction, with a displacement range of 1620m³/d to 56503/d at 50Hz and a lift of 3000m, or 12226BPD to 42641BPD at 60Hz, also reaching lifts up to 9840ft.

Special features include a wide flow channel impeller for thick oil extraction, enhanced sand structure designs for sand-containing wells, corrosion-resistant materials for harsh environments, and high-temperature sealing systems to ensure durability and efficiency in challenging conditions.
