A compact crashworthy memory device specially designed for the data protection of train recording systems in extremely harsh conditions such as fire, explosion, immersion, or hard crash. This innovative device meets the quality standards in compliance with US Federal Regulations Title 49, far exceeding the fire resilience criteria with a high intensity of up to 1000°C. It is engineered to withstand 120 minutes at 1100°C high intensity fire or 60 minutes followed by 260°C fire for 10 hours, surpassing the fireproof standards of airborne recording systems.
Additionally, this memory device is functional up to 100 meters underwater for 240 hours, making it suitable for heavy-duty trucks, oil tank vehicles, and any environment where data safety is paramount.
