Description

The Soybean Oil Seeds Refinery is an essential facility designed for the sterilization, cleaning, and purification of crude vegetable oils derived from oil pressing and solvent extraction. This sophisticated refinery employs a range of specialized pots and vessels to carry out various critical tasks with the aid of additives. The processes include sedimentation, filtering, neutralization, degumming, decolorization, deodorization, and dewaxing (winterization). The choice of processes is tailored to the quality of the crude oil and the desired specifications of the refined oil. Both chemical and physical refining methods can be utilized based on the condition of the crude oil.

With a capacity ranging from 5T/D to 300T/D, this refinery utilizes a streamlined process flow: Neutralization → Degumming → Decolorization → Deodorization → Dewaxing.

Process Advantages:

• The Continuous Neutralization system minimizes contact time between the oil and caustic, reducing soapstock and waste while enhancing oil yield.
• The Negative Pressure system shortens the contact time between oil and air, saving energy and improving oil quality.
• The newly developed deodorizing system operates at lower temperatures, maintaining oil quality and reducing trans fatty acids.
