The Professional Tile Cutter is expertly designed for precision and ease of use, making it an essential tool for tiling projects. Featuring an ergonomic aluminum big curved handle with a new spring up-down function, this cutter ensures comfortable handling during extended use. The cutter is equipped with a 120mm (4-3/4”) wide padded double surfaced zinc alloy breaker foot, enhancing durability and performance.
Its innovative 300mm (12”) wide aluminum protractor gauge includes an easy stopper function every 15 degrees, allowing for accurate angle cuts. The wider aluminum die casting end posts provide stability, while the 88mm (3-1/2”) double long ball bearing sliding assembly, complete with a zoom-up lens and adjustable slide pressure bolts, guarantees smooth operation.
Additional features include a sturdy aluminum alloy base with top spring base plates, 400mm (16”) long aluminum padded side extension swing arms, and 20 x 882mm (3/4 x 34-3/4”) special hard heated hollow steel rails. The cutter is also designed with a big cushion handle grip that provides comfort and includes convenient storage for the cutting wheel.
Equipped with a 22mm (7/8”) diameter “TUNGALOY” Japan-made titanium-coated tungsten carbide cutting wheel, this professional-grade tool is built for efficiency. Optional cutting wheels of different sizes are available on request for added versatility, including the No.HP-137XA 13.7mm (1/2”) diameter Bearing Cutting Wheel and the No.HP-8X 8mm (5/16”) diameter Titanium Coated Cutting Wheel.
