Function:
To cut, mix and emulsify fish, beef, pork, chicken, duck and other meat, can prevent protein denaturalization which caused by the heat generated from the knife shaft’s highly rotating, especially suitable for fish processing, raising the quality of surimi products, like fish ball, fish cake, imitation crab stick, chikuwa, etc.
Features:
Equipped Zoncn frequency inverter and Siemens motor, knives rotation speed can be adjusted among 200rpm-3500rpm. This vacuum bowl cutter has lower noise, higher efficiency than normal bowl cutter.
The space between the knives and the bowl is 1.5~2mm, to ensure the cutting effect.
The brand of knife bearing is FAG, electrical parts are Schneider or Shihlin, etc., and the key parts usually use famous brands to ensure the steady operation.
All the parts which direct contact with food are made of SUS 304, including the cast bowl. Only the base is made of carbon steel and covered by SUS304.
