The Fracflo Hose is designed for demanding applications that require large diameter, long-distance water transfer with unparalleled durability. Crafted from high-quality materials, this hose offers exceptional abrasion resistance, ozone resistance, and UV stability, making it ideal for use in harsh environments, including open pit mines. With a ribbed or smooth TPU cover, it features a high tenacity synthetic reinforcement jacket, ensuring reliability and longevity.
Available in various lengths from 30m (100ft) up to 400m (1320ft), it serves the water transfer fracturing industry effectively. The hose’s advanced construction provides high resistance to commonly used chemicals and protects against UV radiation, hydrolysis, and fungus degradation. The extra thickness of the outer cover enhances wear and tear resistance, significantly extending the hose’s lifespan. Designed to perform under extreme conditions, it supports a temperature range of -50°C to 80°C (-58°F to +176°F).
