Twin screw pump
Inquire NowDescription
The Twin Screw Pump is engineered for efficient multiphase transport of liquids, ensuring a stable flow without pulsation, stirring, or excessive vibration and noise. Its strong self-absorption capability allows it to handle gas content up to 80% and sand content up to 500g/m³. The external bearing structure with independent lubrication makes it versatile for conveying various non-lubricating media. Featuring synchronous gears, the pump ensures that the rotors do not contact each other, even during brief idle periods.
Designed for a wide range of applications, the pump includes a heating sleeve that enables it to transport clean, low-viscosity, or high-viscosity media containing small solid particles (typically less than 0.12-0.2mm in diameter). With a double suction structure, it eliminates axial force on the rotor and ensures longevity with mechanical seals that minimize leakage.
This pump is a result of advanced technology, specifically tailored for the oil and gas industry, and is compliant with the Marine electric twin screw pump standards. The intermeshing of the main and driven screws creates sealed cavities that continuously push the liquid toward the outlet, facilitating efficient liquid conveyance.

Additional Information
Application Areas:
1. Oil field: multiphase mixed transport pump and crude oil transfer.
2. Shipbuilding: ship loading pump, bilge sweeping, sewage treatment.
3. Petroleum chemical: resin, pigment, paint, ink, and crude oil transport.
4. Thermal power plants: heavy oil and main engine lubricating oil transfer.
5. Food industry: alcohol, honey, syrup, juice, and oil transfer pumps.
Performance Considerations:
For optimal performance, the speed should be adjusted based on the viscosity of the medium. Consult the manufacturer for specific requirements regarding high-viscosity media.
