Key features include exceptional abrasion resistance—four times that of high chrome—along with superior corrosion resistance across a pH scale of 0-12, making it suitable for nearly all acids and alkalis. The SiC Ceramic Slurry Pump is also designed for impact resistance against large solids, energy efficiency, and cost reduction of 20% to 40%.

Structure of the SiC Pump HAH/ZVT Series:

  1. Wet parts are made with sintered SiC ceramic, sintered in an automatic nitriding furnace at 1400℃.
  2. Wet parts and frame are connected by bolts, allowing for adjustable pump discharge direction.
  3. Bolts on the frame adjust the gap between the impeller and throat bush for high efficiency.
  4. Mechanical spring is set outside to prevent blocking when dealing with abrasive and corrosive fluids.
