Production principle of meltblown cloth:

Screw extruder —-> filter —-> metering pump —-> heating system —-> melt blown box —-> web forming machine —-> winding

The polypropylene PP material is fed into the single-screw extruder through the feeder to extrude the polymer melt, and the high polymer is made by high-speed hot air or other means

The object is extremely stretched to form extremely fine short fibres and condenses onto the porous to form a web, and finally forms a nonwoven by self-adhesive reinforcement

The cloth eventually produces a meltblown cloth.
