The 1500 Tons/Day Cement Processing Line is an innovative dry process cement clinker production system designed for efficiency and performance. Featuring a φ3.5×54m rotary kiln, this processing line is equipped with a five-stage cyclone preheater and decomposition furnace, ensuring optimal heat utilization and reduced energy consumption. The production process includes key stages such as limestone crushing, raw meal grinding, homogenization, calcination, and cement grinding.
Beginning with limestone crushing, the line utilizes a TKPC16.18 single-stage hammer crusher, which efficiently reduces the limestone to the required feeding size. The raw meal grinding is accomplished through an HRM2800m vertical grinding mill, followed by a φ15×50mMF homogenizing silo that integrates both storage and homogenizing functions.
In the calcination phase, the setup includes a single-row five-stage CDC predecomposition system and an advanced rotary kiln, which collectively achieve a cement clinker productivity of 1500t/d. The system is designed to maximize heat recovery and enhance the overall efficiency of the process.
The two φ3.5×13m tube mills, fitted with high-efficiency N-1500 type O-SEPA air powder separators, complete the cement grinding process, yielding a production capacity of approximately 50t/h. This processing line is not only efficient but also designed with advanced technology to ensure high-quality cement production.
