The 40.5kV Outdoor High Voltage SF6 Circuit Breaker (LW8) is engineered for reliability and efficiency in outdoor high voltage applications. Featuring a compact ceramic column structure, this circuit breaker is equipped with a CT14 spring operation mechanism, ensuring simple installation and superior performance. The design allows for convenient adjustment and dependable operation, making it ideal for frequent usage with a service life exceeding 3,000 operations.

This advanced circuit breaker employs an air-compression arc-extinguishing structure, which boasts a remarkable breaking capacity with a total of 40 kA and up to 12 breaking times—setting the standard as the highest in China. Its reliable sealing performance is achieved through top-quality imported seals, with a dynamic seal incorporating a “V” type sealing ring that utilizes spring pressure compensation. This ensures that the annual leakage rate remains below 1%.

Furthermore, the inner current transformer is constructed from micro-crystallizing alloy high magnetic materials, offering an impressive accuracy class of up to grade 0.2 or grade 0.2S. Tailored to meet user requirements, it can be paired with up to 12 transformers to accommodate a load line of 50 km without restrike.
