CBB61 Series capacitors are compact, self-healing devices primarily used as motor-run capacitors in fractional horsepower electric motors. These versatile capacitors can also be utilized in a wide range of 50/60 Hz AC or DC applications. Available in capacitances of up to 30 microfarads and voltage ratings of 250, 370, and 440 VAC, the CBB61 Series ensures optimal performance. The metallized polypropylene film dielectric not only provides excellent electrical characteristics but also guarantees stable capacitance over time and temperature, coupled with an exceptionally low Dissipation Factor to minimize internal heating.
