The Actuator Operated Valve is engineered for superior performance and durability, featuring a robust 316 cold-work stainless steel valve body that ensures excellent corrosion resistance and high tensile strength. This versatile valve is available in various configurations, including a 316 stainless steel actuator for the IFV series and an aluminum alloy actuator for NV & NR series valves. Designed for ease of installation, the valve supports panel mounting for IFV series and bracket installation for NV & NR series. With integral through-holes for bracket mounting and the option for panel mounting, it provides flexibility for various applications.
Available in Normally Open and Normally Closed configurations, this valve allows for quick removal from the actuator for easy repairs and low maintenance costs. It operates under six different pressure levels, ranging from 6000 psig to 60000 psig, making it ideal for high-pressure applications. The working temperature range spans from -40°F to 250°F (-40℃ to 120℃) for standard valves, with options available for extreme temperatures. The IFV series utilizes pneumatic or hydraulic pilots, while the NV & NR series operates with an air pilot.
