The Air & Dirt Separator is an innovative dual-function device designed for the efficient removal of microbubbles and dirt from various heating, solar, and cooling systems. This advanced separator integrates the roles of a spiral microbubble exhaust valve and a precision dirt collector into one compact unit. Its inner copper spiral mesh effectively separates free air, microbubbles, and other non-magnetic impurities, ensuring optimal system performance.
Once separated, the air and microbubbles are collected in an air chamber. After a set period, a float mechanism rises to the top, automatically triggering the exhaust process. Additionally, an internal magnetic bar captures magnetic impurities within the fluid, preventing them from circulating within the system and safeguarding expensive components from damage. The SPCOMBI model features a convenient swivel connection, allowing for easy installation in both horizontal and vertical orientations.
