Utilizing nano mould technology for wire drawing and stranding dies guarantees a bright aluminum surface and stable conductive energy. The cables are designed to withstand extreme weather conditions, featuring UV-resistant XLPE with a carbon black content of up to 2.5, meeting NFC French standards. Furthermore, the aluminum alloy strands undergo a controlled aging process in a constant temperature heat treatment aging furnace, ensuring uniform strength and excellent conductivity.
