This full-automatic folding mask production line operates through a meticulous process where multi-layer non-woven fabric rolls undergo compound roll welding after feeding. Nasal lines are fed before being welded, and rubber bands are automatically unrolled and cut to a designated length before being welded onto the masks. The masks are then folded in half, followed by ultrasonic welding and fusion, resulting in perfectly formed N95 masks.
