The TDSG Belt Conveyor is a robust solution designed for bulk material conveying in the chemical industry and agriculture. It efficiently transports materials horizontally or at an oblique angle of less than 18°. With its innovative groove three-roller structure, the conveyor boasts a groove angle of 30, 35, or 45 degrees, allowing for increased conveying capacity as the groove angle increases. The inlet groove roller is positioned at a smaller distance to prevent the conveyor belt from running off track, complemented by self-aligning rollers placed every ten conveying sections for optimal performance.

Designed for high efficiency, this conveyor features a simple structure with standardized parts that facilitate easy maintenance. Safety is paramount, with built-in running deviation, stop, speed, and safety detection devices. The conveyor head is covered with glue to enhance friction, and customization options include a steel cover for improved sealing.
