The composite roller shell is constructed from a unique blend of polypropylene, quartz sand, carbon black, and 13 other high-hardness materials, all thermally formed using our patented technology. This advanced technique employs double cutters and an independent adjustment system for each knife, achieving a non-tolerance tight fit assembly with a concentricity of less than 0.02mm.
