Description
The BJM Series Double Color Injection Molding Machine is an innovative solution specifically designed for the production of double color plastic products. Engineered for enhanced energy efficiency and exceptional performance, this machine features an advanced driving system that significantly reduces manufacturing costs while remaining easy to operate. With a clamping force ranging from 160 to 400 tons and a shot weight capacity between 106 to 617 grams, it meets diverse production needs. The unique rotary mold design enables the machine to inject the first material into the mold, followed by a 180° rotation for the second injection. Alternatively, both materials can be injected simultaneously, yielding perfectly shaped products.
