Starbloc is a cutting-edge integrated system designed for the water, beverage, condiment, and dairy industries. With a maximum capacity of 53,000 bottles per hour for 200-2500ml PET bottles, Starbloc combines blowing, labeling, filling, and capping into a single efficient unit. This innovative solution is a result of years of research and development, focusing on equipment integration, convenience, and intelligence.
Key features include a compact design that maximizes return on investment, the sixth-generation blowing machine capable of producing up to 2,650 bottles per mold per hour, and full servo synchronization control for quick changeovers and flexible production. The system is equipped with a multi-label station, pre-adhesive labeling technology, and a non-contact electronic filling valve to ensure maximum hygiene. Additionally, it incorporates an online inspection and rejection system for quality control and a MES system for data management and traceability.
