The NLL series Bolt Type Tension Clamp is an essential component designed for use in standing electric power lines and substations, as well as for stationary conduction lines and lightning conductors. Its primary function is to securely joint strain insulators with hardware and to connect lightning conductors to perches. This clamp is engineered to support aerial lines up to 30kV, ensuring reliable performance and safety in various electrical applications.
This clamp is suitable for fixing both insulated and naked aluminum conductors at a rotating angle or on the insulator of terminal strain poles, effectively tightening the aerial conductors. Crafted from high-quality materials, including aluminum alloy for the body and keeper, stainless steel for the split pin, and hot-dip galvanized steel for other components, this clamp boasts a grip strength exceeding 95% of the conductor’s break strength. Additionally, it functions effectively when used in conjunction with insulation covers and strain clamps for optimal insulation protection.
