The Cementing Units are expertly designed and manufactured with over 50 years of experience, offering tailored solutions such as truck-mounted, trailer-mounted, and skid-mounted configurations. These units can be equipped with either double engines and double pumps or a single engine and pump, catering to various operational needs. With a working pressure range of 5,000-14,500 psi, they are ideal for well cementing, flushing, water flooding, and acid injection operations in oilfields, both domestically and internationally. The units are produced in compliance with ISO 9001 standards, ensuring high quality and reliability.
Features include a mechanical or hydraulic transmission system, manual or automatic slurry mixing mode, and a centralized control system for ease of operation. The innovative design incorporates a one-piece fluid end and triplex plunger construction for durability, alongside advanced slurry mixing systems to enhance performance. The truck-mounted units are versatile, suitable for various terrain, and can be customized with preferred chassis options.
